Holiday Gite accommodation at Rodes in Roussillon, Pyrenees Orientales, South France.

Our holiday gite is in the sunny Roussillon region, and is close to the Pyrenees, Mediterranean Sea, Perpignan and the Spanish border. The location provides a base for a wealth of activities, enjoying magnificent scenery, swimming in the pool or taking a trip to the seaside!

The gite is in the sunny Tet Valley. The area is known for growing peaches (hence the PeachValley website name), cherries and mostly red grapes. A picture at the top of this web page shows the pink peach blossom near the picturesque hillside village of Eus. The peach blossom appears during March. So why not visit around this time?

Map of Perpignan to Rodes, for holiday gite The river Tet, which originates near Andorra, flows eastward through Rodes and Perpignan and into the Mediterranean sea between Canet-Plage and Port-Barcares.

RODES is to the west of Perpignan and just east of Prades. Travelling from Perpignan airport is very easy by car. From Perpignan just take the N116 to Rodes. The journey time from Perpignan airport to our PeachValley Gite is about 25 minutes.
